Arguments
- expr
Expression matrix.
- group
Factor defining two comparison groups.

Pairing variable (e.g., donor ID).

Offset added before log2 transformation.

Apply trend eBayes.

Apply robust eBayes.

Contrast specification for limma.
Value
A data.frame containing limma statistics for paired tests.
